Prior to co-founding south view studio, Nacho was Creative Coach & Director for Teran/TBWA for over 10 years, focusing on premium brands such as El Palacio de Hierro, Brown Forman & Infiniti. At Z Group, founded by Alejandro G. Iñárritu & Raúl Olvera, he led communication, branding & content strategy in his role as Creative Director for 11 years for clients such as Coca-Cola, VW, Bacardi amongst others. Graphic and movie poster designer (“Como Agua para Chocolate”, “Abre los Ojos”, “Amores Perros”, “La Dictadura Perfecta”), he is a true passionate storyteller across the film, entertainment and retail industries.

Before co-founding South View Studio, Françoise led Tesla’s expansion in Latin America and the Eastern United States in her role as GM/Country Director. From strategy to sales, policy, operations, and financial solutions, she managed the building blocks of the company introducing Model X, Model 3 and energy products into her markets.
Françoise also brings over 25 years of experience scaling businesses and developing brands across the technology, creative, and retail sectors. She has led multicultural teams in various international roles at L’Oréal, Louis Vuitton, Walmart, Palacio de Hierro and advises investment funds and their portfolio companies on sustainable growth.
Françoise is a Business graduate of McGill University, holds a master’s degree in Statistics from HEC and completed a Top Management program at ITAM. She is a board/committee advisor to Endeavor, Kronia Technologies, Pakfab, CiBanco, Solfium, Pakfab, and is an angel investor in start-ups. She is a dual citizen of Mexico and Canada.
Director of Strategic Planning
Before joining SVS, Sofía was Director of plannng at Teran/TBWA building the strategic framework for brands in various industries, from luxury fashion to mass skincare, pharmaceuticals, spirits and home goods. She previously lead strategy teams at JWT for over 10 years in her role as Director of Planning. She also developed research at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Sofía holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has kept developing her knowledge through Innovation and Design thinking programs. Sofía speaks English, Spanish, German and is passionate about developing insights about consumer psyche and behaviors. She has dedicated her career to helping clients build brands as culture shapers, sensitive of social and economic contexts, achieving the so called “Zeitgeist”. She digs deep into how and why consumers buy and value brands, services and experiences.
Nataly Gutiérrez Caraveo
Prior to joining SVS, Nataly worked in business strategy and marketing for fashion brands and consumer products for over 15 years. She studied Marketing at ITESM and completed a master’s degree in Retail Fashion Business Management at the University of Barcelona.
She has worked for international companies such as Kellogg’s, Walmart, Diesel and El Palacio de Hierro where she successfully launched brands in the country including Desigual. She has held commecial roles with strong accountability on execution and is skilled at complex project management with wide sets of stakeholders and sharp deadlines.
In recent years, she has focused on online-driven businesses, managing and consulting e-commerce start-ups, and developing commercial and marketing strategies for them.
Digital & Innovation Lead
Mariana is a graphic designer and digital strategist with a passion for innovation. Although her career started in design and advertising, before joining SVS she worked as a design and innovation consultant where she collaborated with prominent brands to create cutting-edge solutions that allowed them to distinguish themselves in a competitive market. Now, as the digital landscape evolves rapidly, Mariana has become an expert in digital strategy and user experience, enabling her to guide brands through the intricacies of the digital market and ensuring they stay ahead of the curve. Her experience and background as a graphic designer and innovation strategist has helped her create digital products that truly stand out, in the rapidly evolving digital market.
