It mapped out and executed on two paths for the clients, from branding to commercial negotiations. The Studio contacted and negotiated with a European global luxury brand to develop “branded residences” together with MIRA, including retail, hospitality, and residential. It also developed a second strategy: a sophisticated branding and marketing campaign for a discerning urban client looking for a highly experiential residential solution.
